Assistance with the application process: Assist the applicant in completing the application, including gathering any required documents. 

Offer assistance: Offer to accompany the individual to the program’s office or to make phone calls on their behalf to assist them in completing the application process. 

Follow up: Contact the applicant after they have applied to see if they have been accepted into the program and contact the food organisation to see if they have processed the application.
